I had a positive experience in the Icelandair STR Terminal. Security and check-in went smoothly, however there wasn't much seating close to the gates. There were some dining and retail possibilities, but not many. The baggage claim process went smoothly, and the staff was kind. The trip was more comfortable if you arrived early and prepared for any waiting, even though the terminal was tidy and well-run. Although the terminal is operational, a few upgrades could improve the overall traveler experience.
